回顾过去40年竞技运动心理学的关键理论进展和研究发现,重点探讨该领域的重要研究成果及其理论意义。首先,介绍运动认知研究的主要理论框架,包括运动决策情境中的认知加工理论模型和贝叶斯决策框架下的运动决策,以揭示运动员在高时间压力下感知-运动系统的高效运作机制。其次,分析运动表征、抑制控制等高级认知功能在提升运动表现中的作用,探讨认知神经科学研究如何应用于实际心理训练。最后,强调运动认知理论的整合、运动认知计算模型的构建以及多学科交叉方法对研究与应用的推动。同时,针对上述3个方面提出本领域未来需要探讨的10个议题,探索竞技运动心理学的未来发展方向。
Abstract:This study reviews the key theoretical advancements and challenges in sport psychology from the perspective of cognitive science, focusing on the research findings and theoretical significance of cognitive processing in sports over the past 20 years. First, it reviews the main theoretical frameworks of sport cognition,including the cognitive processing theory model in motor decision-making state and the motor decision-making in Bayesian framework, revealing the efficient functioning of the perception-action system in athletes under high time pressure. Second, the study analyzes how advanced cognitive functions such as motor representation and inhibitory control contribute to enhancing athletic performance and explores how research in cognitive neuroscience can be applied to practical athletic training. Third, the paper emphasizes the integration of sport cognition theories, the construction of computational models of motor cognition, and the role of interdisciplinary approaches in advancing both research and practical applications. While reviewing these three areas, the paper also raises ten key issues for future development in this field, inviting colleagues to jointly explore the future of sport psychology.
