介绍了美国、俄罗斯、德国、澳大利亚等国外竞技体育强国的体育后备人才培养体制,分析存在的问题与后备人才培养措施。结合我国竞技体育后备人才培养的实际情况,提出建议:走政府和社会相结合的道路;运用法制手段理顺各方关系;协调好运动员的训练与生活;重视教练员队伍建设;建立科学的竞赛机制;制定符合项目发展趋势的规划;科研与选拔、训练相结合等。

It introduced the training systems of reserve talent of foreign powerful sports countries, such as America, Russia, Germany, Australia etc., analyzed the existing problems and measures for the training of reserve talent, and in the combination of the reality of the training of sports reserve talent in our country. It put forward the following suggestions: taking the road of combining government with society, putting the relations of all aspects into order by the way of legal system, coordinating well the training and life of athletes, attaching importance to the construction of coach rank, setting up a scientific competitive mechanism, working out the plan suitable to the tendency of event development, combining scientific research with selection and training and so forth.
