针对目前运动训练效益评价研究中有些理论缺乏可操作性等,就运动训练效益的涵义、竞技效益评价指标体系、运动训练“投入”与“产出”的滞后性等问题,进行了论述,并提出了解决上述问题的思路。
Abstract：According to the lack of operation in the theories for evaluating the sports training benefits,the authors discuss several problems in the content of the sports training benefit ,the evaluation index system of sports benefit ,as well as the stagnation of sports training "input and output". Meanwhile the suggestion of solving the above problems is put forward.
