采用文献资料法,对校园足球活动开展的背景、目标、内容,及其与阳光体育运动、足球后备人才培养的关系等进行探讨。认为:开展校园足球活动是阳光体育运动的组成部分,是推进阳光体育运动深入开展的手段与形式,同时又是足球后备人才培养重心战略转移的制度创新。指出:开展校园足球活动应注重青少年足球运动的普及与规模的扩大;着眼于培养全面发展、特长突出的新型足球后备人才;依托学校,普及与提高并重,构建以教育系统为主渠道的足球后备人才培养体系。

Using method of literature review,the present research investigated the background,objectives,and contents of carrying out campus soccer sports activities and explored their relationship with the sunshine sports movement and the cultivation of reserve sports talents.It held that carrying out campus soccer activities is not only part of the sunshine sports movement,but also the means and form of promoting sunshine sports movement. Meanwhile,it is also the institution innovation in the strategic transfer of the focus of the soccer reserve talent cultivation.It proposed that carrying out campus soccer activities should proceed from the popularization of youth soccer and the expansion of its scale and focus on the cultivation of a new type of soccer reserve talents with all round capabilities and outstanding specialties. Carrying out soccer activities should rely on schools and play equal stress on the popularization and promotion of soccer activities so as to construct the system of soccer reserve talent cultivation with the educational system as the main channel.
