在运动训练分期理论研究中引入复杂性科学与哲学思考,以厘清运动训练分期理论研究的思想本质与特征,为运动训练分期理论研究探明新的进路。认为:传统运动训练分期理论研究是一种系统性范式,运动训练分期的基本属性是系统性;运动训练分期既是系统的运动训练,又是运动训练的系统,其模式表现出构成性、线性与确定性等简单性系统特征与局限。然而,运动训练的复杂性既是当代运动训练科学的重要特征,也是运动训练分期理论研究的重要难题。为适应当代运动训练科学发展的需要,提高运动训练的质与量,在运动训练分期中须融入生成性、非线性、随机性等复杂性系统思想与方法,即运动训练分期科学理论研究应走向复杂性范式。
Abstract:Complexity science and philosophical thinking were introduced into the research of sports training periodization (cycle) for the purpose of clarifying its essence and characteristics and try to find out a new development path. The research results show that the traditional theoretical research on sports training periodization is a systematic paradigm, with the systematicity as its basic attribute. Sports training cycle is not only a systematic sports training, but also a system of sports training. Its model shows the limitations of simplicity system including the composition, linearity and certainty, etc. However, the complexity of sports training is both an important feature of contemporary sports training science and a key issue in the study of sports training periodization. In order to adapt to the development needs of sports training science and improve the training quality and quantity, it is necessary to integrate the thoughts and methods of generating, non-linear, randomness into the sports training periodization, that is, the theory research should move towards the complexity paradigm.
