采用文献资料和问卷调查等研究方法,对武术推手的发展现状进行研究。结果表明:竞技武术推手的发展总体上是成功的,但存在技术单一,搂抱对顶现象严重等问题。提出更新观念,加强科学研究,修订规则,逐步完善技术体系,提高训练水平,建立激励政策,促使从事人员专业化,并积极创造良好的外部环境等措施。

By means of the research methods of literature, questionnaire and so on, the authors of this article have done research on the present situation of the development of Wushu Tuishou. The results have revealed that the development of competitive Wushu Tuishou is successful on the whole, but there still exist some problems such as that the technique is single, hug and heading against each other are common phenomena, etc. As a result, the authors have brought forward some measures, which are as follows: update conception, strengthen scientific research, revise regulations, perfect technical system gradually, enhance training level, lay down impelling policy, make exercisers become specialized, enthusiastically create fine external environment and so on.
