摘要(Abstract)：

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等,对我国青少年校园足球活动发展瓶颈及突破策略进行研究。结果显示:校园足球发展过程中存在资金与场地不足、教练员数量短缺及水平不高、学校重视程度不够、家长支持不力等问题;这些问题的根源是校园足球管理体制不完善、普及与提高不协调、政策保障不足。提出:应明确教育部门的管理主体地位,摆脱校园足球发展目标定位的认识误区,加强校园足球"特区"建设。
Using literature review,expert interview and field work,this paper studies the development bottleneck and its breakthrough strategy of the national youth school football activity.The study shows that there are such problems as insufficient funds and places,shortage of high-level coaches,little attention and support from schools and parents in the developing process.All these problems are basically from the incomplete management system,lack of coordination between popularization and enhancement,inadequate policy protection.The research suggests that the dominant position of management of the education sector should be clear,the misunderstanding of the developing target be rid and the construction of campus football "special zone" be strengthened.
