摘要(Abstract)：
采用调查、文献资料等研究方法，分析了我国竞技体育可持续发展的现状，揭示了存在的主要问题，即我国竞技体育训练体制的“金字塔”塔基过宽，塔身过大，比例失衡；高投入，低产出，竞技体育后备人才缺乏；教练员群体的“近亲繁殖”。
Using ivestigations, literature and so on, the authors analyze the status quo of continuous development in China's sports and reveal the present problems: the base of the "pyramid" of China's sports training system is too wide, and the body of it is too large to balance the proportion; the high investment does not obtain high production and thus the sports reserves are in need; and the inbreeding of coaches exists.
