开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的认识与思考

摘要(Abstract)：

分析开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的历史及现实意义,阐述开展现状及实施步骤。认为:开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动,国家完善相关法规及体制是保证;提高体育课质量,搞好校内外体育活动是关键;对各级各类学校相关人员进行培训是基础;将此项工作纳入考核内容是导向;建立学校管理监督机构、规章制度及评价体系是核心。
It analyzed the historical and practical significance of hunching nationwide hundreds of millions of students'sunlight sports activities,expounded its present situation and implemental procedure and believed that as for the development of nationwide hundreds of millions of students'sunlight sports activities,it's a guarantee for the state to perfect relative statutes and systems,it's a key to improve the quality of Physical Education classes and make a good job of sports activities both inside and outside schools,it's a basis to train relevant people in different levels and sorts of schools,it's an orientation to bring this kind of work into check-up contents and it's a core to set up managing and supervisory organs,rules and regulations and evaluating system in schools.
