摘要(Abstract)：
旨在探索我国教育系统培养竞技体育后备人才的新途径,对体育发达国家培养体育后备人才的经验进行理论总结。认为:教育与体育有机融合、运动竞赛实行分级制度、法规制度健全、合理的利益协调机制是国外教育系统培养体育后备人才的成功经验;据此提出我国教育系统培养体育后备人才的基本对策。
The theoretical summary of the experience of the countries developed in sports in cultivating sports reserve talent was made, which aimed at exploring the new way to cultivate sports reserve talent in the education system of our country. It holds that the organic combination of education and sports, sports competitions carried out by different levels, perfection of regulations system and the mechanism of reasonable distribution of benefits are the successful experience to cultivate sports reserve talent in education system, and based on it, points out the basic countermeasures for cultivating sports reserve talent in education system of our country.
